VIN Decoder: VIN Scanner
A camera-first iOS app: point the camera at a 17-character Vehicle Identification Number, and after the VIN is validated and a report is purchased, the app decodes it into factory specification data and shows possible official NHTSA recall campaigns matched to the decoded make, model, and model year.
What the app does

- Keeps your report history available on the device.
- Requires no account and no login, and contains no advertising.
It is not a vehicle history report: the app does not check or certify title status, theft status, accident history, ownership, mileage, liens, or parts compatibility.
