Terms of Use — Email Viewer: EML & MSG
These Terms govern your use of Email Viewer: EML & MSG under the acty.dev developer identity by Pavel Krieger. By using Email Viewer, you agree to these Terms.
What Email Viewer provides
Email Viewer displays .eml and .msg files from an item’s Files columns
and update attachments. It can open attached email files and display the message details and
attachments. The optional AI workflow can produce a summary, requests with exact quotes, and
deadlines. It is an aid for reviewing email content, not a substitute for your judgment.
AI use and your review
AI runs only when you select Summarize with AI and accept the data notice. You are responsible for reviewing the result, checking the quoted source, and correcting request names and due dates before selecting Create subitems. AI can make mistakes, omit information, or misunderstand context.
Board access and creation
You must have access to the monday.com account, item, and email files you open. View-only users can read emails but cannot create subitems. Subitems and updates are written only after your confirmation, and you remain responsible for the requests you choose to create and for any changes they make to your board.
Acceptable use
Use Email Viewer only for email files and board content you are authorized to access. Do not use it to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, send harmful material, or infringe another person’s rights. Do not rely on an AI result as the sole basis for a decision where you need independent review.
Billing and support
Any paid access or billing connected with Email Viewer is administered through monday’s marketplace monetization. These Terms do not set a separate price, trial, refund policy, service level, or guarantee. For product questions, contact [email protected].
Privacy and changes
The handling of email and AI data is described in the Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms when the product changes. Continued use after an updated version is available means you accept the updated Terms.
